Wakodahatchee Wetlands Revisted 6/24
It was Tri-color Heron day, the heat was on and the birds were jumpy this afternoon. All the babies and fledglings were out in force. There were so many Tri-Color Herons you couldn't count them all. Several Green Herons as well, one with a brand new baby blue egg it was roosting on. Least Terns were putting on a diving show but the Glossy Ibis once again alludes me.

It was a sweltering heat, but you couldn't swing your camera around without hitting a Tri-Color Heron. There were also a few squabbles from Great White Herons
